Mr. Kille presently sits on the State of Arizona Board of Technical Registrations Enforcement Advisory Committee, as well as the ASHI Technical Review Committee. A past District Director and past Chairman of the Arizona ASHI public relations chair, an AAA certified mediator and one of the first Arizona ASHI Senior Inspectors. Author of The Inspectors Manual Phase Inspections a nationally sold manual developed for the purpose of teaching the specifics of New Construction Inspections.

With 30 years of experience as a re-modeler of old buildings, general contractor and builder, he brings hands on experience with electrical systems from the 20's into infinity.
